This one goes out to all you Tuesday Wowers!! Maintenance getting you down? Server vanished for 24hrs? What’s a person to do? REROLL!! That’s right! You reroll on a server that’s up and over run it with DeathKnights and lvl 1s!
Now let me tell you a little story… It was a few years ago and everything was completely broke! Maintenance was taking forever and they updated like every 3 hours to say it’ll be another 3 hours… All but 1 server was down… and that server was Scilla… Now, instead of the millions of frustrated gamers out there getting up and strolling through the park and whatnot, they did the reasonable alternative and rerolled on that server! (before DKs mind you) Guess what happened? Yup! An epic flood of lvl 1s!!
But what happened next should truly be documented as a cultural event of epic proportions… They organized… And became the single largest guild in the history of wowcraft, <Our Server Is Down>!!! This guild was so massive, it bugged the server to the point where only 500 people are shown in the guild and now it only says you are online, when obviously many more are. I think back then we did a head count of 1000 or more.
So yes… this massive group of people decided to take hundreds upon hundreds of their lvl 1-10s into Goldshire and completely tear up the whole place! Think we even hit Hogger before lag bombing Stormwind. Wish I still had screen shots of it, and I heard there was a youtube somewhere but never found it.
